We offer a full line of catering services to fit your tastes and budget. From Seated/Plated Dinners to Hors d' oeuvres and everything in between, you will find what you are looking for with us. All of our events are customized for your discretionary tastes. The items listed below are only a small sample of what we offer, so please contact us for more menu details. Light Hors d' oeuvres: Seasonal fruit display, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Asparagus Puff Pastry Spirals, Fried Green BLT Crostini, Roast Beef Bruschetta. Heavy Hors d' oeuvres: Cocoa Chili in Mini Bread Bowls, Chicken Teriyaki Sate, Marinated Pork or Beef Tenderloin, Sliders Station; Country Ham on Sweet Potato Biscuits, Buffalo Shrimp on Yeast Rolls, BBQ Sliders on Cornbread Fritters. Buffet Items: Assorted Salads, Mimi's Macaroni & Cheese, Assorted Meats and Vegetables Seated/Plated Dinners: Herbed Salmon with Mango Salsa, Beef Tenderloin with Horsey Sauce, Chicken Chardonnay, Roasted Vegetables, etc. Action Stations: Prime Rib Carving Stations, Omelet Station, Pasta Station, Flambe' Stations, and Dessert Making Stations. Drink Station including Fruit Teas, Homemade Flavored Lemonades. We are also the private baker for 2 local restaurant/food services; they trust us, and you should too! |
Our HistoryCakes & Catering by Nea formerly known as Cakes by Nea was founded in 2009.
2010 is when Catering was introduced to the company and the name was changed. In 2012, we won the award for Best Small Business in the Best In Black Awards! In May of 2013 we closed our doors to move to the state of Colorado. September of 2015 we returned to Memphis, Tennessee area and clients came rushing back. We are so happy to be back in business and in the Mid-South! |
